New report from STRONGER on fracking

STRONGER, the State Review of Oil and Natural Gas Environmental Regulation, is a nonprofit public, private and government collaboration. STRONGER was formed in 1999 to reinvigorate and carry forward the state review process begun cooperatively in 1988 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission (IOGCC). Funded by EPA, US Department of Energy and the American Petroleum Institute, they look at at regulations around the country and just completed a review of Pennsylvania’s situation.
