Happy 2013, River Lovers!
Voting for the 2013 River of the Year continues on with a tight race heating up. With over 5000 votes cast so far, the Monongahela River is currently in the lead with 28.9% of the vote.
This competition, however, is far from over. Since voting went live over two weeks ago, the lead position has switched three times. With thousands of votes still likely to be cast before this wraps up on January 18, any river could still win.
