PA DEP open for comment on Chapter 95 Total Dissolved Solids regulation changes
The PA Department of Environmental Protection is moving forward with changes to Chapter 95 of our regulations. We are doing this to ensure continued protection of our drinking water intakes and aquatic life. To meet the new rules, new discharges with high TDS concentrations have to be treated prior to being discharged.
