American Rivers is organizing a dam removal project manager training for December 3rd. The target audience is local watershed groups, municipal environmental planners, local non-profits, and land trusts. The training is free and is meant to cover the basics of managing a dam removal project in Pennsylvania including selecting a project, developing a project scope, identifying a consultant, fundraising, permitting, etc.
