DEP revokes drilling permits after CBF petition

After instituting a streamlined process for addressing stormwater issues in the permitting process, DEP revoked permits for drilling at three sites in Tioga and Potter counties.  Full news release by DEP is at http://www.ahs2.dep.state.pa.us/newsreleases/default.asp?ID=5710.
