POWR Staff

John Coutts is POWR’s Director of Business Systems.  In addition to managing our accounting and budgeting, John coordinates our General Liability Insurance Sharing program for Watershed Associations and uses his degree in Computer Networking Technology at the Harrisburg Area Community College as POWR’s webmaster (among other things).  Lots of people know him as the source of Watershed Weekly.
