SUMMARY:Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional - Level 1 program (Washington\, DC)
DESCRIPTION:Level 1 is our baseline credential that covers design\, installation\, and management of sustainable landscapes and green infrastructure. Each class\, led by regional experts\, incorporates classroom work with a field-based practicum and BMP inspection/verification training. CBLP emphasizes critical thinking\, interactive learning\, and collaborative practice. \nRegistration is a 2-step process. Before signing up for a class\, you must submit an online application. Once the application is approved\, you will receive an auto-reply email. Then\, you may return to the website to pay and choose your dates. \nThe Level 1 fee is $475 and includes all training sessions\, course materials and videos\, and an examination fee. You must attend all required sessions to sit for the exam. \nParticipants choose hybrid or in-person learning. If you choose hybrid\, you will attend the classroom session online on two half-days and you must also complete a one-day field practicum.
