SUMMARY:EMHR Heritage Benefit Paddles
DESCRIPTION:Fall Heritage Benefit Paddle: Arrive at EMO for registration\, paddlers will be shuttled to the Bradford County Outboard Motor Club for a safety brief and a short presentation\, then launch downriver (paddlers should pack a lunch) for this 10-mile paddle. We’ll paddle back to EMO\, enjoy a barbecue dinner from Old School BBQ as well as a tasting with Deep Roots Hard Cider (21 and older). There will also be live music from local artist Kevin Doupe. This event will benefit the Bradford County Historical Society.

DESCRIPTION:The Endless Mountains Heritage Region (EMHR) and Endless Mountain Outfitters (EMO) are teaming up once again for a benefit paddle that will take participants on a 10-mile river journey from the Bradford County Outboard Motor Club back to EMO in Sugar Run! Independence Conservancy and Hookstown Grange are holding a Community Tire Collection on Saturday\, October 1 from 9 AM to 12 noon at Hookstown Fairgrounds\, 1198 State Route 168\, Hookstown PA 15050. Affordable fees apply. We accept tires on rims. There is no limit to the number of tires anyone may bring. Small businesses are welcome. Proceeds benefit clean water in the Raccoon Creek Watershed.
