SUMMARY:2026 French Creek Summer Sojourn - French Creek Valley Conservancy
DESCRIPTION:We have a great day of French Creek fun planned! Paddlers will start at Cambridge Landing Boat Launch in Cambridge Springs and enjoy a leisurely\, 10-mile float/paddle down a beautiful and remote section of French Creek where they will observe wildlife and the stunning beauty of French Creek (Safety Boaters will be present). \nThe first stop will be at the newly renovated Karl Gerdon Park for lunch and an educational program about freshwater mussels. Paddlers will return to the water and continue on to Saegertown to Bertram Park to end their day. \nRegistration is $25 per adult and $18 per youth (ages 12-18). All participants must be preregistered. A maximum\n50 paddlers will be permitted. \nRegister at www.frenchcreekconservancy.org. French Creek Valley Conservancy\, an accredited land trust\, protects 3\,600 acres of land and waters in the French Creek watershed and is the designated manager of French Creek as an official PA Water Trail.
