DESCRIPTION:Franklin to Fisherman’s Cove (9 miles) \nOutdoor Allegheny River Services\, located in Franklin\, Pennsylvania\, provides canoe\, kayak\, bicycle\, and outdoor gear rentals. \nOutfitter: oarsontheallegheny.com\n*Payment on-site*\nCanoe: $50 or Kayak: $45 (Includes transportation from Fisherman’s Cover to Franklin\, PA)\nBring your own boat: $25 (Transportation from Fisherman’s Cover to Franklin\, PA)\nIf you pre-register on-line\, Three Rivers Waterkeeper will cover $10 of your fees! \nLocation: 250 Elk Street\, Franklin\, PA 16323\nWhen: Sunday\, June 30th (Rain Date July 21st)\nArrive at 9:15am (10am departure) \nTotal time on water: APPROXIMATELY 4 hours (bring lunch/snacks and hydrating drinks!)\nSojourn will have islands along the paddle with places to swim and have lunch.\nPost-sojourn\, we will have a social hour with light refreshments (BYOB). \nArrive Early\nPlease\, arrive at the office 30-45 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME (10 am is departure).
