Take an epic four-day river adventure down the Susquehanna River’s North Branch with the Endless Mountains Heritage Region! The annual North Branch Sojourn on July 23-26, in partnership with Endless Mountains Outfitters and Susquehanna Kayak & Canoe Rentals, will begin at the French Azilum Historic Site in Bradford County and go to Plains Township in Luzerne County for a total of 68 river miles!
Participants are asked to arrive at Endless Mountains Campground in Laceyville by 8 a.m. on July 23 to sign waivers and check in, with optional overnight camping at the campground on the evening of July 22. Overnight locations along the 68-mile adventure will be Endless Mountains Campground, the Eaton Township property at the end of North Eaton Road, and Susquehanna Kayak & Canoe Rentals in Falls with entertainment and educational programming scheduled at each location!
EMHR has flexible options for kayak/canoe rentals for this trip, which can be made through registration.
