The Penn State Master Watershed Steward Program in Cumberland, Franklin, and Adams counties is recruiting for the spring 2022 class. Applications are being accepted now, and information sessions will take place in December 2021 and early January 2022. The 2022 class will be trained in various locations in the three counties. Penn State Extension announces the launch of the Master Watershed Steward (MWS) Program in Adams and Franklin counties.
