Riparian Buffers, what you need to know – attend upcoming PA Buffer Training Workshop for an introduction to buffer basics (learn about the how buffers are protecting streams and enhancing resiliency across urban and ag landscapes) and a deeper dive into planning, implementing and managing buffers. With increasing support for riparian buffers from PA DCNR and funders AND a growing number of landowners and towns restoring buffers to protect streams and sustainably manage stormwater, comes a need to know!
Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professionals (CBLP) with its PA partners are co-hosting a 3-day buffer workshop for conservationists, advocates and landscape professionals across the Commonwealth in September. This interactive 3-day training opportunity includes one 1/2-day online class September 1st and two field days in Gettysburg on September 15th and 20th.
