News for Immediate Release   January 31, 2022 POWR announces 2022 Pennsylvania Sojourn Grants Now Available Luzerne – The Pennsylvania Organization for Watersheds and Rivers (POWR) has announced the opening of the 2022 Pennsylvania River Sojourns Grant cycle.    Grants are available on a competitive basis for single and multi-day paddling events on Pennsylvania Rivers.
